choc muffin cup cake


materials:


2 cups self-rising flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 / 4 cup castor sugar
1 egg
1 cup fresh milk
1 / 4 cup cooking oil / butter, melted


ways:
1. Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius ... .. follow me .. I kesuaian oven.oven use 185 temperature
2.dalam bowl / large containers, clipped flour + salt + sugar ... mix well using spoon kayu.kemudian make a hole in the middle
3. in a small bowl, whisk eggs, little (like egg omelet), in milk and minyak.tuang the last bowl of flour.
4. mix well using a wooden spoon in the 4-5 times it will seem lumpy gaul.adunan small pieces.

Note:

can vary the flavor muffin. If you want to make blueberry muffins .. add 1 cup fresh blueberries / blueberry jam, if you want to make muffins .. add dates or raisins 1 cup dates / raisins that have been dipotong2, if you want to make choc chip muffin ... add 1 cup of choc chips. .. if you want to make choc chip muffin core Cadbury ... add 1 cup choc chips .. and put the dough in half of the muffin cup, in Cadbury choc mix ... then add the cheese flavor .. if you want to add 1 cup of cheddar cheese was in scars .. and again .. follow the creativity macam2 masing2 ye:)
