Three tips to overcome sunburned skin!!!!!
Spending time at the beach actually a good holiday time. But the risk of skin burns easily. How do I fix this.
1) Duplication of eating salmon and green leafy vegetables like spinach. Good fats contained in salmon may make sunburn cell is active and so are the vegetables.
2) Use a skin moisturizer or losen the skin to the body to restore the original situation.
3) Taking vitamins C and E on a regular basis to restore the skin's beauty.
