MGT 420: WHAT ARE RELATED TO LEADERSHIP...

Here are seven characteristics that separate the true leader of the leader by chance:
1. True leadership is to lead yourself. Giving orders is as easy as delivering business cards. However, a prudent leader also knows how to lead yourself, not just to set an example to others, but to be an important part of the machinery of the company. It is important for leaders to have the ability to focus and motivate themselves the way motivate others.

2. Do not be a king. A thoughtful leadership likely means you have a talented workforce in the company. This is fantastic. But be careful not to turn your room into a throne. Leaders by chance often establish a guidance system too restrictive. East officials but not to create more of the necessary parameters. It is important to influence those with whom you work. Do not see your company as a rule.
3. Be open to new ways of doing the work. A good bet for a successful operation is to repeat what has worked sometimes. It’s hard to argue against that, but an imprudent leader will strive beyond what is necessary not to change what’s already worked once. On the other hand, an attentive leadership acknowledges success but also recognizes that there are ways to do better.
4. Establish a true sense of commitment. I must admit it’s a touchy subject for me. I have seen many slogans of companies whose meaning is as valuable as the paper they are printed.Whether you “commit to a superior quality service”? This will give more power to you, but a true leader knows that there are only words. He puts stuffing in this recipe: how to evaluate establishing excellence, develop a convincing plan to achieve it and sets a schedule as possible and real for that.
5. Finish the job. Many business leaders talk about the work done, but how many actually finish what they say they will start? Relaxed and a leader who never finishes anything loses the confidence of customers. This lack of completion is passed on to their employees as well.Instead, set goals and establish practical and justifiable to finish what you started. The ability to complete tasks is essential. Nothing is useful unless it is completed.
6. Show genuine appreciation. relaxed Leaders need strong arms like Popeye’s, so many pats on the back that they give. This is not wrong, but good performance requires a more significant response. Leaders who see the future make compliments, but with real rewards: promotions, salary increases, bonuses and other visible signs of recovery. That motivates your team, not just to work with enthusiasm, but to stay in business longer than it would if it were different.
7. Know that leadership skills also come with learning. Many executives believe that leadership skills come from a wonderful revelation or another moment of enlightenment. It is clear that great ideas can arise in the mind of any one of us, but being a good leader also means having to study. Read books on effective leadership, attend seminars and have ideas of colleagues to learn what works in their businesses. It can be a lengthy study, but it will bring rewards that will multiply the more knowledge you have.
